The objectives in this sector are:
- Mutual
understanding on the issues and regulatory tools for climate change
intensifies and deepens
- Favourable change
in the capacity of the GoI to deal with climate change,
particularly with regard to international best practices.
- Input for policy
framework enhancement delivered.
Expected results are:
- Enhanced knowledge
and knowledge networks on management of climate change in India.
- Input for enhanced
policies, legislation, regulations, and tools for climate change
management in India provided.
